German law shall apply with the restriction that consumers with a habitual residence abroad may invoke the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their home country irrespective of this choice of law.

2. Delivery restrictions
There are no delivery restrictions, as we offer the tickets as "PrintAtHome".

3. Conclusion of the contract, contract language, orders
(1) On this portal contracts can be concluded by customers residing in the EU and countries belonging to the European Economic Area (Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein).
(2) Contracts can be concluded in German and English.
(3) The ordering process includes several steps. In the first step, you select the tickets you want to order and place them in the shopping cart. In the second step you can log in under your already registered customer data, if you are not registered yet, you can register or you can log in as a guest. In the further process, the system will then guide you to the checkout. You will then receive another overview of your ordered ticket(s) and can select the payment method. In this context, you will have to enter further data. After you have confirmed the validity of our General Terms and Conditions and the reading of the Privacy Policy, you can place your order by activating the button "order with costs".

(4) The presentation of the tickets in our web shop does not constitute a binding offer. Only when you place an order you submit a binding offer. You will then immediately receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided. With this confirmation, the contract is concluded.

Exceptions:
If you have chosen the payment method SOFORT Überweisung, the contract is concluded at the time when the payment instruction to SOFORT GmbH is confirmed.

4. Storage of the contract text
We store the contract text of the order. You will receive an order confirmation from us with all order data to the e-mail address you provided.

5. Validity of the ticket, blocking/restriction of access, loss of the ticket
(1) The ticket entitles you to one-time access within the selected period during the opening hours (the current opening hours can be found at www.mahnmal-st-nikolai.de). It does not entitle the holder to admission to special events requiring payment and/or registration. The ticket loses its validity upon entry or cancellation and upon expiry of the selected period.
(2) Tickets that have been falsified or manipulated in any other way do not entitle the holder to admission and will be confiscated by us without compensation. The same applies in the event of misuse of tickets.
(3) We are entitled to temporarily block areas of the memorial in whole or in part or to restrict access to these areas if this is necessary, in particular, to prevent danger to visitors (e.g. blocking of the tower during thunderstorms). Insofar as such closures or access restrictions only lead to a minor impairment, claims of the visitors are not justified.
(3) In the event of loss of a ticket, there is no entitlement to a replacement ticket or to reimbursement of the ticket price.

6. Prices
Our prices are total prices. They include the statutory value added tax.

7. Accepted means of payment
We accept the following means of payment in principle, subject to the expressly stated restrictions:

For orders with billing address and payment account location in GERMANY:
Credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express), giropay, SOFORT Überweisung.

For orders with billing address and/or payment account location in another EU member state or a country belonging to the European Economic Area (Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein):
Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express).

8. Shipping time
The tickets are sent automatically by e-mail. For technical reasons, there may be a delay of a few hours. Please make sure that you have entered a correct e-mail address and check your SPAM folder for incoming e-mails.

9. No right of withdrawal
We would like to point out that tickets purchased online and valid for a certain period of time are excluded from the right of revocation according to § 312g para. 2 sentence 1 no. 9 BGB (German Civil Code). Pursuant to § 312g para. 2 sentence 1 no. 9 BGB (German Civil Code), contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities are excluded from the right of withdrawal if a specific date or (as in this case) a specific period is specified for the service.

10. Liability
(1) We shall not be liable for damage to property or financial loss caused by slight negligence. This does not apply in the event of a breach of an obligation which makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on the observance of which you can regularly rely. In the aforementioned cases, our liability for damage to property or financial loss caused by slight negligence shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. The same applies to the fulfilment of obligations by our vicarious agents.
(2) The aforementioned limitation of liability shall not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health.
